Saving & sharing views

Persist a dashboard for later, share it with your team.

Saving

Every completed dashboard has Save view in the top-right. Click → prompted for a name → saved to your Files (Artefacts) tab.

Files tab

Files shows every saved view, workflow run, research doc, and slide deck. Filter by kind.

Sharing

Views can be shared via link. Recipients see a read-only version — no data mutation, no edit access.

Auto-refresh

Saved views don’t auto-refresh. Open one → click Regenerate to re-query.

Removal

Delete from the Files tab card menu. Removes from your saved-views list; doesn’t affect anyone you’ve shared the link with retroactively.
